Summary

Searches a Lark Base table for records matching one or more conditions, optionally restricting the search to a view and selected fields. Returns matching records in the Lark search response shape.

Inputs

  • App Token (required) — Lark Base app token.
  • Table ID (required) — ID of the table to search.
  • Return All — When enabled, retrieves all matching records across pages; otherwise uses the Limit value.
  • Limit — Maximum records to retrieve when Return All is off; defaults to 1, with a configurable range of 1–500.
  • View ID — Optional view ID to restrict the search.
  • Automatic Fields — Whether to include Lark automatic fields in the response; defaults to off.
  • Field Names — Optional list of fields to include. If empty, the node leaves field selection to Lark.
  • Conjunction — Combines conditions with AND or OR; defaults to AND.
  • Conditions (required) — Add one or more field conditions using Is, Is Not, Contains, Does Not Contain, Is Empty, or Is Not Empty. Value is required for all operators except Is Empty and Is Not Empty.

Output shape

A single n8n item containing the Lark search response, with matching records in data.items.

The response also includes data.has_more, data.page_token, and data.total. The node fetches additional pages up to the selected limit; Return All uses a very large internal limit. At least one valid condition is required. Each non-empty condition value is sent as a one-element array.

Examples

Example 1: Return records where Status is Open and Owner contains Alex.

Set Conjunction to AND and add those two conditions.

Example 2: Search one view for records with an empty Due Date.

Set View ID and add a Due Date condition with Is Empty; no Value is needed.
