Summary

Retrieves bookings from Roapp, optionally filtered by booking status, location, booking, assignee, customer, and date ranges. Choose whether to return all matches or cap the results, and select a sort order.

Inputs

• statuses — Filter by one or more booking status names or IDs.
• branches — Filter by one or more location IDs.
• ids — Filter by one or more booking IDs.
• assignees — Filter by one or more assignee (employee) IDs.
• client_ids — Filter by one or more customer IDs.
• client_names — Filter by one or more customer names.
• client_phones — Filter by one or more customer phone numbers.
• created_at_from — Include bookings created on or after this date.
• created_at_to — Include bookings created on or before this date.
• modified_at_from — Include bookings modified on or after this date.
• modified_at_to — Include bookings modified on or before this date.
• scheduled_for_from — Include bookings scheduled on or after this date.
• scheduled_for_to — Include bookings scheduled on or before this date.
• sort — Sort by ID, modified date, or scheduled date, ascending or descending; defaults to ID ascending.
• returnAll — Return all matching results or use a limit. Defaults to false.
• limit — Maximum number of results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50, with a declared range of 1–500.

Output shape

A list of booking records, emitted as n8n items.

The operation is read-only. The provided source pack contains only function signatures for the booking implementation, so pagination and exact response wrapping are not visible.
