Summary

Update specified fields of an existing contact (subscriber) identified by their unique user_ns in the RoiChat system.

Inputs

• User NS Name or ID (required) — Unique identifier (user_ns) of the contact to update. Select from the dropdown list or provide an expression.
• Update Fields — A collection of contact fields to update, optionally including first name, last name, email, and phone.

Output shape

A single record representing the updated contact or the API response confirming the update.

Requires the user_ns of the target contact. Only provided fields in 'Update Fields' are changed; others remain unchanged. Errors return a JSON object with an error message if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Update a contact's email and phone by specifying their user_ns.

Set 'User NS Name or ID' to the target contact's user_ns and fill 'Update Fields' with new 'email' and 'phone' values.
