Summary

Download a file from a specified Telegram chat message using a selected Telegram account.

Inputs

• Аккаунт (required) — Select the Telegram account to use for downloading the file.
• ID Сообщения (required) — Provide the ID of the message containing the file to download.
• Чат (required) — Select the chat from which to download the file.

Output shape

A single item containing the downloaded file as binary data keyed by the filename, including metadata like MIME type, file extension, and size.

The operation connects to Telegram with the selected account, fetches the message by ID from the chosen chat, downloads its media file, and returns the file as binary data with appropriate metadata. If no media is found or download fails, no binary data is returned. Only one file per execution is processed, and it returns a single-item array wrapped in an outer array as per node execution conventions.

Examples

Example 1: A workflow downloads a file attached to a Telegram message by specifying the account, chat, and message ID. The binary file is then usable in subsequent workflow steps for processing, storing, or forwarding.

Set 'Аккаунт' to the authorized Telegram account phone number, 'Чат' to the chat containing the message, and 'ID Сообщения' to the numeric message ID with the file.
