Summary

Updates a client's monthly budget in Runrunit by sending a JSON budget object as monthly_budget in the request body for the given client ID, or previews the equivalent curl command instead.

Inputs

• Mode — Execute request (default) calls the Runrunit API. Preview curl only shows the curl command without sending the request.
• Client ID (required) — ID of the client whose monthly budget is updated.
• Monthly Budget Object (JSON) — JSON payload sent as monthly_budget in the body. The default is {"month":"2026-03","hours":100,"cost":2000}. Adjust the month, hours and cost fields as needed.

Output shape

Execute mode returns the Runrunit API response for the updated monthly budget. Preview mode returns the curl command text instead of making the call.

The source pack shows only function signatures for the handler (handleUpdateMonthlyBudget), not its bodies. The exact response and preview shapes are therefore not confirmed. The budget JSON is not validated against a schema in the declared properties.
