Summary

Creates a new GitHub issue in the specified repository.

Inputs

• main — Optional input items. If provided, each item triggers creation of an issue; node parameters can reference item data via expressions (e.g., {{$json[“title“]}}). If no input is provided, a single issue is created.

The created issue(s) returned by the GitHub API, each as an item.

Examples

Example 1: Create a single issue with static values

Set Repository Owner, Repository Name, Title, and optionally Body and Labels directly in the node.

Example 2: Create multiple issues from previous node data

Connect a node that outputs an array of objects containing title, body, etc. Use expressions like {{$json[“title“]}} and {{$json[“body“]}} in the respective fields; enable batching in Request Options if needed.
