Microsoft Excel 365Install

Summary

List Excel workbooks available to the connected Microsoft 365 account, optionally limiting the results and selecting which fields are returned.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, return all matching workbooks. When disabled, use Limit to cap the results; defaults to 100.
• Limit — Maximum number of workbooks to return when Return All is disabled; defaults to 100 and accepts values from 1 to 500.
• Fields — Comma-separated list of workbook fields to include in the response.

Output shape

A list of workbook records, with each record returned as an n8n item.

The operation uses Microsoft Graph to list workbooks. Results are capped by Limit unless Return All is enabled; the selected Fields filter the response fields.
