Summary

Execute a single Shopify GraphQL bulk mutation by combining all input items into a JSON Lines file and submitting it for asynchronous processing. Polls Shopify until the bulk mutation completes, then retrieves and returns the JSON-parsed response lines.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method: API Key, Access Token, or OAuth2.
• Shopify API Version (required) — Specify the Shopify API version to target (default '2026-01').
• Bulk Mutation / Import (required) — The GraphQL bulk mutation string where all inputs will be combined and run as a single bulkOperationRunMutation. Must include the mutation structure.
• Bulk Mutation Variables (required) — JSON object representing the mutation variables for each input item, which are combined into the bulk operation JSONL file.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects parsed from each line of the bulk mutation response file after the operation completes

The bulk mutation runs asynchronously on Shopify's servers. The operation polls until completion, then fetches the JSONL response file line-by-line, parsing each line into an item in the returned array.
