Get Notes
AI-generatedSummary
Reads all sticky notes attached to each input item, optionally filtering by color, priority, and pinned status, and returns them in one of three formats.
Inputs
- outputFormat — Determines the shape of the output: 'merge' (adds a _stickyNotes array to each item), 'separate' (one item per note with source fields), or 'summary' (a single summary item with counts and a full list).
- filterColor — Optionally restricts returned notes to a specific color: yellow, blue, green, red, or purple.
- filterPriority — Optionally restricts returned notes to a specific priority: low, normal, high, or critical.
- pinnedFirst — If true, sorts pinned notes to the top of the list for each item.
- storageKey — The field name (default: _stickyNotes) on each input item where the notes array is stored.
Output shape
Varies by outputFormat. 'merge': each input item is returned with a _stickyNotes array. 'separate': one item per note with source fields and _note/_noteCount fields. 'summary': one item with totalNotes, pinnedNotes, colorBreakdown, priorityBreakdown, notes, and sourceItemIndex.
The notes are filtered in-place on the cloned item; for 'separate' and 'summary', original source item fields are included in the output items.
