Summary

Create a new invoice with optional correlation ID, description, amount, and currency parameters to generate an invoice in the Strike system.

Inputs

• Correlation ID — Unique identifier for idempotency, allowing safe retries without creating duplicate invoices.

• Amount — Monetary amount to charge; if left empty or zero, the invoice can accept any amount.

a single JSON object representing the created invoice with its properties as returned by the Strike API

If amount is omitted or zero, the invoice will be created without a fixed amount. The operation uses the Strike API's POST /invoices endpoint. Errors are returned as messages if the operation fails or 'continue on fail' is active.
