Summary

Fetches participants of a Sweeppea sweepstake, one n8n item per participant, with optional search and date filters. Pages through the API automatically until the limit or all results are reached.

Inputs

  • Sweepstakes Token (required) — UUID token of the sweepstake whose participants are fetched.
  • Return All — If true, fetches every page of results. If false (default), stops at the Limit.
  • Limit — Max participants to return when Return All is off (default 50, minimum 1).
  • Filters > Search — Case-insensitive search across first name, last name, email or phone number.
  • Filters > Opt-In Date — Only participants with this opt-in date (YYYY-MM-DD).
  • Filters > Start Date — Start of a creation-date range (YYYY-MM-DD). The field description says it requires End Date.
  • Filters > End Date — End of a creation-date range (YYYY-MM-DD). The field description says it requires Start Date.

Output shape

A list of items, one per participant. Each item's json is the participant record exactly as returned by the Sweeppea API.

Calls POST /participants/fetch page by page. Stops when a page is empty, the limit is reached, the reported TotalPages is reached, or a page returns fewer than 20 records. Empty filter values are not sent. Output items are paired with the input item. If the node's Continue On Fail setting is on, errors are returned as items instead of stopping the workflow. A 404 is reported as a sweepstake-not-found error.
