Summary

Retrieve posts from a specified Synology Chat channel, optionally filtering by read status and paginating relative to a given post ID.

Inputs

• Channel ID (required) — The ID of the channel to get posts from.
• Next Count — Number of newer posts to retrieve relative to the reference post ID; defaults to 50.
• Previous Count — Number of older posts to retrieve relative to the reference post ID; defaults to 1.
• Post ID — Reference post ID for browsing; if omitted, defaults to the newest message.
• Message Filter — Filter posts by read status, choosing from all messages, read only, or unread only; defaults to all.

Output shape

a list of message posts from the specified channel

Each output item corresponds to a single post retrieved. The posts returned depend on filtering and pagination parameters. If the request fails, an error is thrown unless continueOnFail is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 newest posts after a specific post ID

Set Channel ID to target channel, Post ID to reference message, Next Count to 50, Previous Count to 0, Message Filter to 'all'.
