Summary

Searches records in a selected Teable table for the required query, optionally restricting the search to one field. Returns matching records as n8n items, up to the configured limit or all matches when Return All is enabled.

Inputs

• Space (required) — Select the Teable space containing the data.
• Base (required) — Select a base within the chosen space.
• Table (required) — Select the table to search.
• Search Query (required) — Value to search for. The node sends it as a non-exact search.
• Search Field — Optionally restrict the search to a specific table field. Leave empty to search all fields.
• Return All — Defaults to false. When enabled, fetches results in pages of up to 1,000 records, capped at 100,000 total.
• Limit — Used when Return All is disabled; defaults to 100 and accepts values from 1 to 1,000.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per matching record, with each record as the item's JSON.

Return All uses pagination. With Return All disabled, the node reads the records array from the API response and returns up to the configured limit.
