Send an SMS message to a specified recipient phone number through the TechConversa API.

Inputs

• Phone (required) — The recipient's phone number including international dialing code and area code (DDI+DDD). Enter in format like '5562999999999'.
• Message (required) — The text content of the SMS message to send, with a maximum length of 612 characters.

Output shape

A list containing a single JSON object representing the API response for the sent SMS.

The response JSON structure depends on the TechConversa API and is returned as-is wrapped in an array. Errors are thrown as exceptions unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, in which case error messages are included per item.
