Summary

Calculates a VFR flight route including distance, time, fuel, and a navigational log with wind correction.

Inputs

• origin (required) — Departure airfield — name, ICAO, IATA, alternate ID, or lat,lon pair.
• destination (required) — Destination airfield — name, ICAO, IATA, alternate ID, or lat,lon pair.
• altitudeFeetAverage — Average cruise altitude AMSL in feet. Default: 2500.
• iasKtsAverage — Average indicated airspeed in knots. Default: 100.
• fuelFlowPerHourAverage — Average fuel consumption per hour (any units — output matches). Default: 8.
• departMinutesFromNow — Planned departure in minutes from now. Default: 60.
• intermediateWayPoint1 — Optional intermediate waypoint — name, ICAO, address or lat,lon pair.
• intermediateWayPoint2 — Optional intermediate waypoint — name, ICAO, address or lat,lon pair.
• intermediateWayPoint3 — Optional intermediate waypoint — name, ICAO, address or lat,lon pair.

Set origin to 'EGLL', destination to 'LFPG', and altitudeFeetAverage to '10000'.

Example 2: Plan a VFR cross-country flight with three intermediate waypoints and an estimated cruise speed of 120 knots.

Set origin, destination, and iasKtsAverage to '120'. Populate intermediateWayPoint1-3 with waypoint identifiers.
