Summary

Retrieve multiple communication records from Tecnocall with optional filtering and pagination.

Inputs

• Return All — Choose whether to return all available communication records or limit the number returned.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of communication records to return when 'Return All' is false. Accepts values from 1 to 1000. Defaults to 50.
• Filters — Apply filters to narrow the communications returned, including Agent Code, Customer Code, Communication Type, and pagination Page number (minimum 1, defaults to 1).

Output shape

a list of communication records matching the filters and pagination settings

If 'Return All' is true, all matching communications are returned. Otherwise, up to 'Limit' communications are returned. Pagination can be controlled via the 'Page' filter.

Examples

Example 1: Get the first 50 communication records filtered by agent code 'A123' and type 'email'.

Set 'Return All' to false, 'Limit' to 50, and under Filters set 'Agent Code' to 'A123' and 'Type' to 'email'.
