Summary

Retrieve the channel secret for a specific session, optionally overriding the session ID used for the request.

Inputs

• Session ID Override — Provide a different session ID than the default credential session ID to use for retrieving the channel secret.
• Channel Secret Override — Provide a different channel secret than the default credential channel secret (not used to override in this operation but available as input parameter).

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the channel secret information for the specified session

If 'Session ID Override' is set, it uses that session ID; otherwise, it uses the credential's session ID. Returns the session's channel secret details from the TNEENWH API. Errors will throw or return an error object if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve channel secret for default session

Does not set 'Session ID Override'; uses credential session ID automatically.

Example 2: Retrieve channel secret for specific session

Sets 'Session ID Override' to target a specific session ID.
