Agent Chat
AI-generatedSummary
Send a conversation to the AI Hub agent using the selected model and optional attachments or advanced configuration. Return the agent response in simplified form by default, or the full API response when Simplify Output is disabled.
Inputs
- Model Name or ID — Select a model from the API list or provide its ID. Leaving it empty lets the API choose.
- Messages — Add conversation messages with a user, assistant, or system role and text content. Messages with empty content are skipped.
- Attachments — Attach images or files such as PDFs to the latest user message. Provide each attachment by URL, base64 data with a MIME type, or an input binary field; choose whether it is an image or file. Binary attachments default to the field named
data. - Advanced: Config — Optional raw JSON configuration object for the request.
- Advanced: Webhooks — Optional raw JSON array of webhook definitions for the request.
- Advanced: MCP Config — Optional raw JSON Model Context Protocol configuration for tool discovery.
- Simplify Output — Defaults to enabled. When enabled, returns extracted text, model, finish reason, and usage, with parsed JSON when the response text contains valid JSON. When disabled, returns the raw API response.
Output shape
One result item per input item, containing the agent response.
With Simplify Output enabled, the result is a cleaned object with text, model, finish reason, and usage; a valid JSON object or array in the text is also exposed as
json. Otherwise the raw response is returned. Non-object responses are wrapped underdata. Attachments are merged into the latest user message as multimodal content parts; if no messages are supplied, the node creates a user message containing the attachments. With Continue On Fail enabled, request errors are attached to the corresponding item.
