Summary

List contacts from the TukiMate platform with optional filtering, sorting, and pagination. Apply search queries across multiple contact fields and refine results by company, active status, and tags.

Inputs

• Search — Text to search across contact name, email, identifier, company name, phone, and job title.
• Limit — Maximum number of contacts to return (default is 100).
• Sort By — Field to order the results by. Options include Created At, First Name, Last Name, and Email (default is Created At).
• Sort Order — Sort direction, either Descending or Ascending (default is Descending).
• Company — Filter contacts by company name.
• Is Active — Filter contacts by active status (defaults to true).
• Tags — Filter contacts by comma-separated list of tags.
• Offset — Number of results to skip for pagination (default is 0).
• Simplified Output — Return only essential fields, excluding internal metadata like tenant_id and created_at.

The returned contacts reflect the applied filters, sorting, pagination, and search parameters. When Simplified Output is true, internal fields are excluded from each contact. The response data is extracted from a wrapper key (e.g., 'contacts') if present.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 active contacts related to a specific company, sorted by last name ascending, skipping the first 10 results.

Set Company filter to target company name, Limit to 50, Sort By to Last Name, Sort Order to Ascending, Is Active to true, and Offset to 10.
