Summary

Retrieve multiple items from a specified SharePoint list in a given site, optionally filtered by an OData formula, with support for pagination and customized output fields.

Inputs

• SharePoint Subdomain (required) — The subdomain of your SharePoint site (e.g. 'mycompany' from mycompany.sharepoint.com).
• Site (required) — The SharePoint site to retrieve lists from, selected either from an existing list or specified by ID.
• List (required) — The list within the selected SharePoint site to retrieve items from, selectable from a list or by specifying its ID.
• Filter by Formula — An optional OData formula to filter the retrieved items, evaluated for each record. If empty, all items in the list are returned.
• Return All — Whether to return all matching items by paginating through results or limit the output to a specific number.
• Limit — Maximum number of items to return if 'Return All' is false.
• Options - Fields — Specific fields to include in the output; only effective if 'Simplify' option is false.
• Simplify — Whether to simplify the output by removing metadata fields for easier consumption.
• Request Options — Advanced HTTP request options such as batching, SSL validation, proxy, and timeout settings.

Supports pagination when 'Return All' is set to true. Returned data can be simplified and filtered by selecting specific fields. Errors are handled gracefully with explanatory messages.
