Summary

Add or invite a user as a team member with specified access level to either a project or a workspace in VibeTrack.

Inputs

• Scope (required) — Select whether to grant project-level or workspace-level access for the team member.
• Project Name or ID (required) — Select the project (by name or ID) to grant access to; required if scope is 'Project'.
• Workspace ID (required) — Enter the workspace ID to grant access to; required if scope is 'Workspace'.
• Email (required) — Email address of the user to add or invite to the project or workspace.
• Access Level (required) — Access level to grant to the user (Admin, Editor, or Read Only). Note that Owner access cannot be granted via the public API.

Output shape

a JSON object containing the API response for the added or invited team member

The output includes the response from the VibeTrack API after a POST to the /api/v1/team-members endpoint. It contains details about the team member added or invited. There is no pagination or multi-item list; each execution returns the single action result.

Examples

Example 1: Add a user with Editor access to a specific project

Set Scope to 'Project', choose the Project by name or ID, enter the user's email, and select 'Editor' as Access Level.

Example 2: Invite a user with Read Only access to a workspace

Set Scope to 'Workspace', provide the Workspace ID, input the user's email, and choose 'Read Only' as Access Level.
