Summary

Uploads an audio binary to BCut, starts a transcription task, and polls until the transcript is ready or the task fails or times out. Use it with an incoming item that contains the audio under the configured binary property; the output includes transcript text and timestamped segments, while preserving the input binary.

Inputs

• Binary Property (required) — Binary property containing the audio file; defaults to data.
• File Name — Optional name sent with the upload. If blank, uses the binary file name, or derives audio.<extension> from its MIME type.
• Include Raw Result — When enabled, includes BCut’s parsed raw transcription result as raw; defaults to false.
• Polling Interval Seconds — How often to check task status; defaults to 1 second (UI range 1–30).
• Timeout Seconds — Maximum polling wait; defaults to 500 seconds (UI range 10–3600). Must be at least the polling interval.

Output shape

One output item per input item, with a JSON object and the original binary data.

JSON contains taskId, resourceId, downloadUrl, language, progressPercent, text, and segments (each with start and end in seconds and text). raw is included only when requested. Transcription failures and timeouts raise errors, or produce an { "error": "..." } item when Continue On Fail is enabled.
