Summary

Finds Instagram reels that are outliers matching a specified search query and audience criteria using vidIQ's embedding dimensions.

Inputs

• Query (required) — A search query string describing the reels to find.
• Audience Query (required) — A formatted string specifying audience characteristics such as culture, region, global flag, and demographics (e.g. 'Culture/Region: ...; Global: <true|false>; Demographics: ...;').
• Embedding Type — The embedding dimension against which to match the query. Options include Audience, Concept, Description, Format, Hook, and Overall. Defaults to Concept.
• Page Size — Number of reels to return per page. Defaults to 0 (likely retrieves default count).
• Page — Page number of results to return, for pagination. Defaults to 0.
• Additional Filters — Optional filters to further narrow the search, including collapsing results by user, date posted range, description language, excluding specific shortcodes or users, follower count boundaries, hashtags, reel length boundaries, median reel score, and view count boundaries.
• Options.Timeout — Maximum time in milliseconds to wait for vidIQ's response before the request fails, defaulting to 60000 ms.

Output shape

a list of Instagram reels matching the outlier criteria based on the given query and audience parameters.

The results respect pagination (Page and Page Size) and all provided filters. The output includes reels identified as outliers according to the chosen embedding dimension. If filters exclude relevant reels, results may be limited. Timeout controls request duration to avoid hanging.
