VitePOS BridgeInstall

Summary

Create or update a VitePOS vendor by sending a POST request to the bridge’s vendor upsert endpoint. Choose field-based input for common vendor details or Advanced JSON for a custom request body.

Inputs

• Input Mode — Choose Use Fields (default) or Advanced JSON.
• Vendor Fields — In Use Fields mode, optionally provide ID, External ID, Name, Email, Contact No, Vendor Note, and Status (Active or Inactive). Set Dry Run to true to include dry_run in the request body.
• JSON Body — In Advanced JSON mode, provide the request body sent to the upsert endpoint. The UI default is {"dry_run":true}.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, containing the bridge response as JSON.

When the response does not already contain a response property, the output adds a response summary and includes the response fields. If it already contains response, the output includes the summary and places the original response under raw. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item contains an error field.
