Retrieve a paginated timeline of calls for the specified destination phone number.

Inputs

• phone_to (required) — Destination phone number
• limit — Number of records to retrieve (default: 10)
• offset — Number of records to skip (default: 0)

Output shape

A paginated array of call timeline records, ordered by time with newest first.

The operation consumes only the declared parameters; no other item data is required or side-effecting beyond the API fetch.
