Summary

Publishes an image or video status update to a WhatsApp account via the Wafly API.

Inputs

• gp_body (required) — JSON object containing the status publication payload. Required fields per API: requestId (unique identifier), type ('image' or 'video'), content (URL of the media), caption (optional), audienceMode (optional), audience (optional), excluded (optional).

Output shape

a list of items containing the API response JSON

The operation uses a POST request to /status-publication. The response format is determined by the Wafly API.

Examples

Example 1: Publish a video status with a caption to a specific audience.

Set type='video', content='https://example.com/video.mp4', caption='My video status', and audienceMode='all'.

Example 2: Publish an image status to a specific contact.

Set type='image', content='https://example.com/image.jpg', audienceMode='contact', and audience='5511999999999'.
