Summary

Sends media files (images, videos, stickers, documents) to a WhatsApp chat via the Wavy Gateway.

Inputs

• to (required) — The recipient's chat ID (phone number with country code, e.g., 62812345678).
• mediaUrl — Public URL or path to the media file on the MPWA server. Required if binaryPropertyName is empty.
• binaryPropertyName — Name of the binary property from the input item containing the file. If provided, the file is sent as multipart; otherwise, mediaUrl is used.
• caption — Optional text caption for the media.
• aiDisclosure — Send AI metadata disclosure if the message type supports it.
• secureMetaServiceLabel — Request secure service metadata labels on supported message types.
• quoted — Raw message object to quote.

Output shape

A single item with the API response in .

The node returns the response from the Wavy Gateway API.

Examples

Example 1: Send a sticker from a binary property.

Select 'Sticker' as operation. Leave mediaUrl empty. Enter the binary property name (e.g., 'data') and the sticker file.

Example 2: Send an image using a public URL.

Select 'Media' as operation. Enter a valid image URL in mediaUrl and a caption in caption.

Example 3: Send a video from a file path on the server.

Select 'Media' as operation. Enter the file path in mediaUrl and optionally a caption.
