Summary

Send a WhatsApp template message to a specified recipient using a predefined template and dynamic variables.

Inputs

• Recipient Phone Number (required) — The phone number of the recipient including country code, e.g. +1234567890.
• Template Name (required) — The name of the WhatsApp template to send.
• Template Variables (JSON) (required) — A JSON array of values to fill the placeholders in the template.
• Media URI — Optional URI of media to attach to the template message.

Output shape

The operation returns a JSON object with the API response from wCRM indicating message delivery status or errors.

The templateVariables input must be valid JSON; the node parses this before making the API request. If mediaUri is provided, it is included in the request to attach media to the template message. Errors during JSON parsing or API communication will be reported as node errors or returned as error messages if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.
