Summary

Retrieve a list of registrants and attendees for a specified WebinarJam webinar and schedule, with options to filter by attendance, date range, purchase status, and search text.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Select the authentication method to connect to WebinarJam API, currently only 'API Key' is supported.
• Webinar ID (required) — The numeric ID of the webinar from which to retrieve registrants.
• Schedule ID — The schedule ID for the webinar instance to filter registrants; optional and defaults to 0.
• Return All — Boolean flag to return all registrants or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of registrants to return if 'Return All' is false; defaults to 50.
• Additional Fields — Optional filters including attendance status (live or replay, with timestamp options), date ranges (like Today, This Week, Last Month, etc.), purchased product status, page number for pagination, and free text search to further refine the registrants list.
• Request Options — Node execution settings like batching, proxy, timeout and SSL validation that affect the API request behavior.

Output shape

A list of registrant records fetched from the WebinarJam API, including registration and attendance details.

Supports automatic pagination retrieving multiple pages if 'Return All' is set; otherwise fetches up to the 'Limit' number of records. Filtering fields are passed in the request body for server-side filtering of registrants. Errors will be returned if invalid Webinar or Schedule IDs are provided or other API conditions are not met.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch first 100 webinar registrants who attended the live session.

Set Webinar ID to target webinar, Return All false, Limit to 100, Additional Fields attendedLive set to 'Attended Live Session'.
