Summary

Sends a notification with a broadcast message to a specified broadcast group, including source, type, event details, and optional delivery settings.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose Bearer Token or OAuth2 authentication.
• From (required) — Source of the notification, such as a device or system name.
• Notification Type (required) — Type of alert, such as alarm or info.
• Event (required) — Description of what happened.
• Broadcast Message (required) — Message to announce in the conference or broadcast.
• Broadcast ID (required) — ID of the broadcast group to receive the message.
• Additional Fields — Optional confirmation timeout (default 30 seconds), custom request ID, origin, play frequency (default 0 seconds), priority (default 0), queue timeout (default 60 seconds), and whether to skip transcription (default false).

Output shape

A list of items containing the API response.

The source pack shows only signatures for the execution and helper modules, so the returned fields and exact response shape cannot be determined.

Examples

Example 1: Send a motion alert to a broadcast group.

Set From to Camera Lobby, Notification Type to alarm, Event to Motion detected, provide the broadcast message and target Broadcast ID, and optionally set delivery settings.
