Extract Invoice Data

Summary

Send selected binary attachments from each input item to the work4all AI extraction backend to extract structured invoice data.

Inputs

  • Mandant Name or ID — Select the work4all tenant; its ID is sent in the x-work4all-mandant header. Defaults to 1.
  • Extraction Endpoint URL (required) — Backend URL to POST the attachments to. Defaults to the production incoming-invoice extraction endpoint.
  • Attachments — Choose all binary properties on the current item, provide their names as a JSON array, or select them in form fields. Defaults to all. At least one attachment must resolve to binary data on the item.

Output shape

One output item per input item, with the backend response in json and the original item's binary properties preserved when present.

The response body is returned as received, or as an empty object if the backend returns no body. The request is authenticated with work4all OAuth2 credentials and includes the tenant ID and the work4all API base URL in headers.
