Summary

Update a CompanyCam project by ID, sending the selected fields in a PUT request. Use Update Fields to change the project name, address, coordinates, primary contact, or public setting.

Inputs

• Project ID (required) — Unique ID of the project to update.
• Update Fields — Optional fields to include: name; address city, country, postal code, state, and street lines 1 and 2; latitude and longitude; primary contact name, email, and phone; and whether the project is public. The node builds nested address, coordinates, and primary contact objects from these fields. Empty text values are omitted, and coordinates are sent only if latitude or longitude is nonzero.

Output shape

One item containing the API response for each input item.

The operation sends a PUT request to the project endpoint and returns the response as JSON. Errors are thrown unless the node is configured to continue on fail.

Examples

Example 1: Update a project’s name and address

Provide the Project ID, then set Name and any address fields to update. The node sends the supplied values in the request.

Example 2: Make a project public

Provide the Project ID and set Public to true in Update Fields.
