Summary

Retrieve contact info for a chat

Inputs

• sessionId (required) — Session identifier. Select from the list or use an expression. Falls back to credentials default if empty.
• chatId (required) — Unique WhatsApp ID for the chat

Output shape

API response merged with input data; includes success flag and contact details as returned by the WWebJS /chat/getContact endpoint.

Both parameters are mandatory. sessionId resolves from node parameter or credentials default; chatId is a plain string in the format number@c.us.

Examples

Example 1: Get contact for a specific WhatsApp chat

Select a session, provide the chat ID (e.g., 34612345678@c.us), and execute the operation.
