Summary

Download a specific attachment from an email message in a specified Yahoo Mail mailbox using its UID and the attachment's part ID.

Inputs

• Mailbox (required) — The email folder where the message is located.
• Message UID (required) — The unique identifier of the email message containing the attachment.
• Part ID (required) — The identifier of the specific attachment part to download.

Output shape

a single binary file output containing the attachment data alongside JSON with metadata including UID, part ID, and size.

The output includes the attachment as base64-encoded binary data with its MIME type and filename, if available; otherwise defaults to application/octet-stream and a generated filename. The operation authenticates and accesses the mailbox via IMAP, downloads the attachment data, and returns it in the node's binary output.

Examples

Example 1: Download a PDF invoice attachment from an email received in the Inbox, providing the mailbox folder name, the message UID, and the attachment's part ID to retrieve the file for further processing or saving.

Set Mailbox to 'Inbox' (or another folder), enter the UID of the target email, and specify the Part ID of the attachment to download. The node returns the attachment file as binary data.
