Summary

Send a text message through the Yandex Messenger Bot API to a group chat or a user. Optionally add suggest buttons and message delivery settings; each input item produces one output item containing the API response.

Inputs

  • Send To (required) — Choose a group chat by Chat ID or a user by login. Chat ID requires the bot to be a member of the chat.
  • Text (required) — Message text, up to 6000 characters.
  • Suggest Buttons — Optionally add buttons that open a URL, send a message, invoke a server action, or change other buttons' state. Buttons can be arranged in rows; server action payloads use JSON and state-change targets are comma-separated button IDs.
  • Keep Buttons After Next Message — Defaults to true. When enabled, suggest buttons remain under the message after a newer message is sent in the chat.
  • Additional Fields — Optionally set a reply message ID or thread ID, disable link previews or notifications, mark the message important, and supply a payload ID to prevent duplicate sends. Raw suggest-buttons JSON overrides the visual button builder. Inline Keyboard JSON is deprecated.

Output shape

One output item per input item, with the Yandex Messenger API response in its JSON field.

On failure, the node throws an item-indexed operation error unless Continue On Fail is enabled; then it returns an item with an error field. The request is sent to the /messages/sendText/ endpoint.

Examples

Example 1: Send a message with buttons

Choose a recipient, enter the message text, and add buttons using the visual builder or raw suggest-buttons JSON. Set reply, thread, notification, preview, or importance options as needed.
