Summary

Send a file message to a specific Zalo user through the Official Account API, specifying the message type and the file ID of a previously uploaded file.

Inputs

• Message Type — Type of message to send, can be Customer Service (cs), Transaction, or Promotion to categorize the message as per Zalo's message types.
• User ID (required) — The user ID of the Zalo recipient who will receive the file message.
• ID File (required) — The unique ID of the file that has been uploaded to the Zalo Official Account and to be sent.

Output shape

a JSON object containing the API response from Zalo OA for the sent file message, paired with the workflow item that triggered it.

The response includes success or error details depending on the API call result. No pagination applies as this is a single action call.
