Create a Zalo poll in a group chat

Inputs

• groupId (required) — ID of the Zalo group to create the poll in (only works with groups)
• question (required) — The poll question text
• optionInputType — Input method for poll options: 'list' for individual options, 'text' for comma-separated options
• pollOptionsCollection — List of poll options (shown when optionInputType is 'list')
• optionsString — Comma-separated poll options (shown when optionInputType is 'text')
• expiredTime — Poll expiration time (leave blank if no expiration)
• pinAct — Pin the poll to the top of the conversation
• allowMultiChoices (required) — Allow participants to select multiple options
• allowAddNewOption (required) — Allow participants to add new options
• hideVotePreview (required) — Hide vote results until after the participant votes
• isAnonymous (required) — Hide voter identities from other participants
