Summary

Retrieve multiple messages from a specified inbox, optionally limiting the number returned or fetching all messages.

Inputs

• Inbox ID (required) — The ID of the inbox to retrieve messages from.
• Return All — Whether to return all messages or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Maximum number of messages to return if not returning all; valid values are between 1 and 100.

Output shape

a list of message records, each representing an individual message within the specified inbox

Supports pagination via 'Return All' and 'Limit' inputs. The returned data is derived from the 'items' property of the API response. Errors or partial results follow standard n8n error handling.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 messages from a specific inbox

Provide the Inbox ID, set Return All to false, and Limit to 50.

Example 2: Get all messages from a specific inbox

Provide the Inbox ID and set Return All to true.
