Summary

Sends messages to a selected model and returns its response. Provide messages as role/content fields or as a JSON array; optionally set reasoning effort and send them in an existing chat.

Inputs

• Model Name or ID (required) — Choose a model from the list or provide its ID.
• Input Mode — Choose Messages to build messages with role and content fields, or JSON to provide a full message array.
• Messages (required) — In Messages mode, add one or more messages with a role (user, assistant, system, or developer) and content.
• Messages (JSON) (required) — In JSON mode, provide an array of message objects with role and content; content may be a string or content array.
• Reasoning Effort — Set the model's reasoning effort to low, medium, or high; defaults to medium.
• Associate with Chat — When enabled, sends the messages to an existing chat and requires a Chat ID. When disabled, a new chat is automatically created in your personal project.
• Chat ID (required) — ID of the existing chat to use when Associate with Chat is enabled.
• Time Zone — Optional timezone for timestamp formatting, such as Europe/Berlin; defaults to the server timezone.

Output shape

A response from the selected model.
