Summary

Builds an Orderly AccountQuery protobuf JSON object for use with List Accounts. Optional fields from Additional Query JSON are merged first, then non-empty common fields are applied; the result is normalized to the AccountQuery schema.

Inputs

• Display Name — Sets the query’s DisplayName field when non-empty.
• Name — Sets the query’s Name field when non-empty.
• Email — Sets the query’s Email field when non-empty.
• User ID With Access — Sets the query’s UserIdWithAccess field when non-empty.
• Phone Country Code — Adds CountryCode to the query’s PhoneNumber object when non-empty.
• Phone Number — Adds Number to the query’s PhoneNumber object when non-empty.
• Additional Query JSON — A JSON object of advanced query fields. Common fields above override matching fields from this object when non-empty. Defaults to {}.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, with an AccountQuery JSON object in json.

The object is converted through the AccountQuery protobuf schema, which ignores unknown fields and omits implicit default values. If a field is blank, it is not applied; if both phone fields are blank, PhoneNumber is omitted. Invalid JSON or a non-object Additional Query JSON value causes an item error; with Continue On Fail enabled, the item contains an error field instead.

Examples

Example 1: Build a basic account lookup query

Set Email to an email address and optionally add Display Name, Name, User ID With Access, or phone details. Leave Additional Query JSON as {} unless you need advanced fields.

Example 2: Add advanced account query fields

Put extra AccountQuery fields in Additional Query JSON, then set common fields as needed; non-empty common fields take precedence over matching JSON fields.
