Summary

Creates a new task within a specified project in Quire.

Inputs

• projectId (required) — Specify the project under which the task will be created. Choose from a list or use an expression to specify an ID.
• name (required) — The name of the task.
• description — A detailed description of the task.
• assignees — Select users to assign to this task by choosing from a list or specifying emails/IDs using an expression.
• status — The numeric value that represents the status of the task.
• priority — The priority level of the task (Low, Medium, High, Urgent).
• startDate — The start date of the task.
• dueDate — The due date of the task.
• tags — Select tags for the task from a list or specify IDs using an expression.
• byApp — Indicates if the task should be marked as created by the app.
• includeSourceRef — Decides whether to include source reference data for the task.
• sourceRefJson — A JSON object containing source reference data, used only if includeSourceRef is true.

Returns the created task details. Ensure to provide required fields; missing required fields will result in errors.

Examples

Example 1: Creating a new task in an existing project

Set 'projectId' to the project ID, fill 'name', optionally 'description', 'dueDate', etc.

Example 2: Creating a task with specific assignees and tags

Set 'projectId', 'name', specify multiple 'assignees' and 'tags' from loaded options.
