Summary

Adds an IP pool to a MikroTik RouterOS device.

Inputs

• poolName (required) — Name of the IP pool to create.
• poolRanges (required) — Comma‑separated list of address ranges for the pool (e.g. 192.168.1.10-192.168.1.20).
• commentText — Optional comment to attach to the pool.
• options — Advanced connection options for the node execution (connection attempts, delay, key cleaning, custom tag).

Output shape

array of objects

Each element contains a json field with the keys resource ('ipPool'), operation ('add'), count (number of returned items), and data (the raw API response, with keys cleaned if the cleanKeys option is enabled).

Examples

Example 1: Create a pool named 'clients' with the range 10.0.0.10-10.0.0.50.

Set Pool Name = 'clients', Ranges = '10.0.0.10-10.0.0.50', leave Comment blank, use default options.
