Summary

Updates an Instance's auto-read message settings, optionally enabling automatic marking of incoming messages as read and configuring request options such as batching, SSL handling, proxy, and timeout.

Inputs

• Enable (required) — Whether to automatically mark incoming messages as read
• requestOptions — Options for customizing the HTTP request to the ZEDA API
• allowUnauthorizedCerts — Whether to accept the response even if SSL certificate validation is not possible
• proxy — HTTP proxy to use; e.g., http://username:password@myproxy:3128
• timeout — Time in ms to wait for the server to send response headers before aborting the request

Output shape

No body — success/failure only

On success returns HTTP 200 with empty response; on failure returns an error object with status code and message.

Examples

Example 1: Enable automatic read marking

Enable=true

Example 2: Batch incoming messages with size 50

Enable=false; requestOptions={batching:{batchSize:50}}

Example 3: Disable auto-read, use a proxy, and set timeout to 15000 ms

Enable=false; proxy=http://myproxy:3128; timeout=15000
