Summary

Send a direct message to a user identified by either user ID or email.

Inputs

• dmUserBy — How to identify the target user (User ID or Email). Default: User ID.
• userId — User ID of the recipient. Required when dmUserBy is 'User ID'.
• email — Email address of the recipient. Required when dmUserBy is 'Email'.
• text (required) — The message text to send.

Output shape

The API response from the /dmUser endpoint, returned as n8n execution data (the raw JSON payload wrapped in an execution item).
