Summary

Performs a fuzzy search against Unleashed customers using multiple fields and returns the most relevant matches above a configured confidence threshold.

Inputs

• searchInputs — A collection of fields to search across (e.g., customerName, email, address). Providing multiple fields improves match quality. Fields can be empty strings.
• maxResults — The maximum number of matching customers to return (minimum 1, default 5).
• minConfidence — The minimum confidence percentage (0-100) required for a match to be included (default 10).

Output shape

A list of items, each containing a single matching customer record.

Returns a subset of Unleashed Customer data. Results are filtered by the configured minimum confidence level and limited by maxResults.

Examples

Example 1: Find customers by partial email domain

Set searchInputs.email to a partial domain (e.g., 'gmail.com'), minConfidence to 50, and maxResults to 10.

Example 2: Retrieve top 3 matches for a company name

Set searchInputs.customerName to the company name, maxResults to 3, and minConfidence to 20.
