Summary

Deletes a FastGPT knowledge base (dataset) by ID by sending a DELETE request to /core/dataset/delete.

Inputs

• 知识库ID — ID of the knowledge base to delete. Sent as the id query parameter. It has no required flag and defaults to an empty string, but the request needs a real ID to work.
• Request Options — Optional node settings: batching (items per batch, interval in ms), ignore SSL certificate issues, an HTTP proxy, and a request timeout (default 10000 ms).

Output shape

The parsed JSON response body from FastGPT's delete endpoint, one output item per input item.

A post-receive check throws a node API error if the HTTP status is 4xx or 5xx, or if the body's code field is not 200. The error message comes from the body's message. The node ignores HTTP status errors by default and relies on this check instead. The request goes to the base URL set in the fastGPTApi credentials.

Example 1: Remove an obsolete knowledge base found earlier in the workflow

Resource: 知识库; Operation: 删除一个知识库; 知识库ID set to the expression {{ $json._id }} from a previous list step.

Example 2: Delete a known knowledge base by fixed ID

知识库ID: the dataset's ID pasted from FastGPT; the other options stay at their defaults.
