The actual returned structure depends on outputMode: raw passes through full advisory objects (plus sbomId when using SBOM SHA input), simplified condenses to core fields (uuid, identifier, document_id, package, title, description, score; plus status array with average_severity, average_score when SBOM SHA input), and selected projects to advisorySelectedFields always including identifier, with field options differing by inputType.
