• width (required) — The width in pixels (range 40-8000) to use when designType is 'custom'.
• height (required) — The height in pixels (range 40-8000) to use when designType is 'custom'.
• additionalFields — A collection of optional fields: 'title' for the design title and 'asset_id' to include an asset.
