Summary

Fetch the list of documents from the Zoho Sign account with support for pagination, sorting, filtering, and simplified output.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all documents without pagination (defaults to false).
• Page Context (required) — Pagination and filtering parameters including Row Count, Start Index, Sort Column, Sort Order, and Search Columns like Folder Name, Form Name, Owner Full Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Name, Request Name, and Template Name.
• Simplify Output (required) — Choose whether to limit the returned data to essential fields or receive full document information (defaults to true).

Output shape

a list of document records, each containing either full details or a simplified subset of document properties depending on the Simplify Output setting

Supports pagination and filtering based on page context parameters. When 'Return All' is true, multiple API calls will be made to fetch all documents. Output items include a 'pairedItem' reference to input item. The returned data includes document status, owner info, request ID, type name, and optionally other full document details if Simplify Output is false.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch first page of documents with default row count and simplified output

Return All set to false, Page Context with row_count=10, start_index=1, sort_column='created_time', sort_order='DESC', and empty search columns, Simplify Output set to true

Example 2: Fetch all documents without pagination and receive full details

Return All set to true, Page Context with default or ignored pagination values, Simplify Output set to false
