Summary

Retrieve a list of templates from the Zoho Sign account with pagination and optional filtering, sorting, and output simplification.

Inputs

• Return All — Choose whether to return all templates without pagination or limit results per page.
• Page Context (required) — Specify pagination details including row count, start index, sort column (Template Name, Owner Name, or Modified Time), sort order (ASC or DESC), and optional filters for Template Name and Owner Name.
• Simplify Output (required) — Decide whether to return a simplified output with selected fields per template or the full template data.

The list respects pagination unless 'Return All' is true, in which case all pages are retrieved automatically. Each template object includes fields such as template_id, request_type_id, owner_email, template_name, description, document IDs with their names and IDs, and actions with a subset of their properties when simplified. If simplification is disabled, full template data is returned.

Example 1: Fetch first 10 templates sorted by Modified Time descending with simplified output
